Service fee terms

About PriceSet

PriceSet is a platform that connects you with independent local cleaners in the Rio Grande Valley. We coordinate the match, the schedule, and the payment. PriceSet does not perform the cleaning itself.

The service fee

When you submit a request, you pay a flat $5 service fee for using the platform and for the work of matching you with a cleaner. The fee is the same for every request, no matter the price you set.

This fee is for the platform and matching service, not for the cleaning. It is non-refundable, and it applies whether or not a cleaner accepts your price.

Your price and payment

The price you set is authorized when you submit your request and held securely. It is released to your cleaner after the job is completed. You are not charged the full cleaning price until the work is done.

Low offers

Very low offers may take longer to match and may not be accepted by any cleaner. The service fee still applies.

Photos

Photos of the space are required so cleaners can fairly judge the job before accepting. Please make sure they accurately show what needs cleaning.

Cancellations

If you cancel after a cleaner has been matched, your held cleaning price may be subject to that cleaner's cancellation terms. The service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
